Responsibilities
-Coordinate international ocean and air shipments, ensuring timely and accurate import/export processes
-Liaise with carriers, customers, and customs brokers to arrange shipping schedules, documentation, and compliance
-Full cycle order processing, ensuring that all loads are accurately received and entered in the TMS system
-Ensures all required paperwork is accurately completed, electronically filed, and communicated to all necessary parties
-Responsible for carrier communications, such as providing detailed pickup/delivery information, as well as managing any in-transit updates
-Tracking shipments, ensuring accurate information is always available and communicated appropriately to customers and team members
Qualifications
-Minimum 2 year of experience in freight forwarding operations
-Basic knowledge of international shipping
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to anticipate and solve problems proactively
-High level of professionalism and positive attitude
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
