You will execute critical compliance-related projects, focusing specifically on employee personal trading, insider trading investigations, and identifying trading conflicts. Responsibilities
As an AML Business Analyst III, your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include:
-Project Execution: Driving the successful execution of compliance-related projects focused on employee trading.
-Investigative Mastery: Conducting thorough investigations into potential insider trading and conflicts of interest. We need you to be a financial detective!
-Monitoring: Diligently monitoring employee personal trading and reviewing trading account statements on a monthly basis.
-Case Management: Managing a significant caseload and ensuring effective, timely resolution, which will be the primary measure of your performance.
-Executive Support: Providing critical, timely support to senior executives and SVPs on compliance matters.
Qualifications
Must Haves (No exceptions, we're serious about compliance!)
-A minimum of 5 years of BA experience in Capital Markets (Trading or Risk/Control Environment)
-Investigative AML experience
-Audit Experience
-Report Writing Experience
Nice to Haves (Give yourself a head start!)
-A minimum of 5 years of experience as a BA in a Banking/Finance/Investment industry
-Data visualization and customer experience and customer experience dashboard management platforms (eg. tableau, powerBI)
-Detail-oriented, organized, and strong ability to multi-task
