Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure their accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management teams.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Reconcile and control key accounts, ensuring the reliability of accounting and financial data.
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting and financial processes by implementing effective internal controls.
- Work closely with various teams to monitor and optimize financial performance across the company.
- Create and update dashboards, reports, and financial indicators for performance tracking and strategic planning.
- Participate in occasional financial projects and support initiatives aimed at improving the overall performance of the company.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent, a major asset
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel (Search V, Pivot Tables)
