In this growth context, the finance team is looking to add a motivated, meticulous, and results-oriented Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing costing and analyze variances between standard and actual costs (raw materials, labor, overhead).
- Prepare financial performance reports and profitability analyses by product, plant, or customer.
- Support operational teams in understanding results and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Actively participate in the budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of analysis tools and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, ERP).
- Collaborate on various special projects, including standard cost review, report automation, and financial process optimization initiatives.
- Assist management in decision-making through ad hoc analyses and relevant performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation (or in progress) – a significant asset.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel; knowledge of a manufacturing ERP (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to simplify financial information and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset, thoroughness, and autonomy.
