Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair premium home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers
• Perform professional appliance installations and routine preventive maintenance services
• Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and all necessary technical documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and office staff to ensure smooth service calls
• Manage your daily schedule and route service calls with efficiency and strong organization
• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and strict safety protocols on every job site
• Travel to various customer locations within the region using your own reliable vehicle
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an appliance repair technician or in a related field (mandatory)
• Strong functional knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to accurately read and interpret complex schematics and service manuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for seamless customer interactions
• Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented approach to both minor repairs and major installations
• Friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service approach
• Valid drivers license and clear drivers abstract
• Ability to pass a criminal backcheck
