This is a physical, hands-on role perfect for someone with a solid work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience in the construction or installation industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Technician with installing and servicing doors, docks, and related hardware.
- Safely operate a variety of hand and/or power tools.
- Load, unload, and move heavy materials and equipment on-site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally on job sites.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a skilled labourer, construction helper, or door installer is highly preferred.
- Proficient and safe operation of standard hand and power tools.
- Ability to handle frequent heavy lifting (up to 50lbs or more) and work comfortably on ladders.
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn the trade.
- Must be able to commute to our shop/dispatch location in Winnipeg. The shop is fully transit accessible.
