Design and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Improve datasets and build PowerBI dashboards.
Develop solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
Maintain Monday.com.
Support ALM via Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with stakeholders for scalable solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security.
Provide end-user training.
Qualifications
3+ years Dynamics 365 CRM experience (customization, workflows, integrations), proficiency in Power Platform, Dataverse schema, ALM, Azure DevOps, data governance awareness, strong analytical and communication skills, and a related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
