Responsibilities
• Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis of systems and processes.
• Design robust and scalable software and system solutions.
• Implement, configure, and perform upgrades on software packages.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans.
• Manage the deployment of new applications and system updates.
• Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to team members.
Qualifications
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting software solutions.
• Proven experience working with large-scale software package applications.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements gathering, organization, and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology is considered a strong asset.
