Our electrical team is currently facing a significant backlog, and our Journeymen need reliable hands to help clear the deck. We are looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice to join us on a Temp-to-Perm basis.

The Details:
Location: Primary site is NW Edmonton. Occasional travel to Nisku or Oil & Gas sites may be required
Schedule: Monday – Friday 07:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
Terms: Temp-to-Perm. We have plenty of work; we want someone who wants to stick around.
Timeline: Start date within the next two weeks.
Advantages
Pay is based on a $38.00/hr Journeyman rate:
2nd Year Apprentice: $23/hr
3rd Year Apprentice: $27/hr

Responsibilities
You won't just be watching; you’ll be in the thick of it. Your primary focus will be:
Cable Pulls: Efficiently routing and pulling wire through conduit and trays.
Terminations: Clean, accurate terminations to ensure system integrity.
Support: Assisting Journeymen with general electrical installations and site maintenance.
Qualifications
Registered Apprentice: Valid 2nd or 3rd-year status with AIT.
Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, every day.
Skillset: Proficiency in cable pulls and a solid understanding of terminations.
Safety First: A commitment to following site safety protocols, especially when on industrial or O&G sites.
Summary
We aren't in a panic, but we are moving quickly to get the right person on board.
