Prepare, manage, and update technical documentation (specifications, CAD drawings) for large-scale projects.
Proactively coordinate with sales teams, suppliers, and logistics to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
Conduct regular visits to architecture/design firms and job sites (approximately 30% of the time) to ensure smooth follow-up.
Maintain client files and internal systems up-to-date with impeccable attention to detail.
Contribute to the growth of the architectural solutions department, under the supervision of the General Manager.
Ensure proactive follow-ups to maintain smooth and timely deliveries.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in the commercial furniture, architectural solutions, or commercial interior design industry.
Technical Expertise: Mastery of technical concepts and modular systems (office structures, demountable walls). The ability to use CAD software is essential.
Education: Degree in Architecture, Design, or a relevant technical field. Strong technical knowledge is paramount.
Languages: Mandatory professional bilingualism (French/English, both written and oral) for internal and external communication.
Professional Qualities: Must demonstrate autonomy, a proactive spirit, and a strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
