Job Title: Production Worker / Assembler
Location: Paris, Ontario
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
*Requires personal transportation to Paris, ON (location is not accessible by public transit).

Responsibilities
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, power saws, and measuring instruments, to assemble components.
• Read specifications and instructions to build structural racks and specialized print-related products efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and structural positioning of parts throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with Health and Safety 4Safe standards.
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality, alignment, and dimensional accuracy prior to final staging.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and unit supervisors to meet daily production schedules.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
Qualifications
• Prior experience working in a warehouse, production, or light industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience operating hand and power tools (drills, saws, drivers, etc.).
• Must own and wear CSA-approved safety shoes.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and continuous standing, bending, and reaching.
• Positive attitude, strong reliability, and a genuine eagerness to learn new production skills.
• Reliable personal transportation to Paris, ON (location is not accessible by public transit).
• Previous assembly experience in a print manufacturing or custom rack-building setting is considered an asset.
