Responsibilities
Precision Assembly: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to assemble high-quality products according to specifications.
Schematic Interpretation: Read and interpret basic blueprints, assembly guides, and production templates.
Quality Assurance: Inspect finished components to identify defects and ensure compliance with strict quality standards prior to shipment.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and strictly adhere to all established facility safety protocols.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience within a manufacturing, warehousing, general labor, or construction environment.
Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand comfortably for the duration of a shift and perform repetitive, manual tasks.
Collaborative Mindset: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to quality and workmanship.
