Responsibilities

- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret basic schematics, assembly guides, and production templates.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to identify defects and ensure everything meets strict quality standards before shipping.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow all plant safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehousing, general labor, or construction.
- Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for the duration of a shift and performing repetitive, hands-on tasks.
