Responsibilities
Assembly: Mount, adjust, and fasten parts and sub-assemblies using manual, electric, or pneumatic tools, as well as specialized assembly equipment (e.g., light soldering, gluing, riveting).
Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, assembly plans, or work instructions to ensure assembly accuracy.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and basic testing to verify the assembled product's conformity to specifications and quality standards. Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or deviations.
Procedure Compliance: Strictly adhere to health and safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, assembly, or a role requiring tool usage is an asset.
Ability to read and interpret plans and work instructions.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
