At our facility in Wagram NC you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within our team as the Asset Owner:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and engage the production team using a servant‑leadership approach; coach employees and build a collaborative floor presence.
- Drive a safety‑first culture, performing audits and maintaining a clean, orderly, compliant work environment.
- Facilitate effective Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings and support planning to ensure clear communication and 24‑hour operational readiness.
- Ensure documentation, SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
- Coach and mentor employees, support training plans, and promote continuous improvement, capturing and following up on CI actions.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve daily issues, support workflow efficiency, and improve equipment performance (OEE).
- Support production standards and audits (HACCP, SQF) in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate rigor, initiative, and strong problem‑solving across daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a history of team development, creating a culture of engagement and people-focused strategies.
- Secondary education required
- Experience in manufacturing Environment required
- Familiar with Lean principles with the ability to address production challenges and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
