Your Role
As Asset Owner-People Leader, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Coach and support operators in daily execution, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate performance and contribute to annual performance reviews
- Validate daily performance metrics, transactions, time losses, and operational results
- Validate quality testing and support resolution of quality issues at the asset level
- Support DRS action plans and actively address asset‑related time losses
- Ensure continuous improvement and support Lean Leadership that aligns with evolving operational needs
- Perform Health & Safety audits, own A‑risks, and support action plans for a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Asset Owner-People Leader if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field OR a technical/vocational diploma
- A combination of production leadership experience and Lean manufacturing knowledge will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement and lean production system principles
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is highly desirable
