Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to orders and deliveries.
Assist with other procurement tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in purchasing or inventory management is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
