Responsibilities
• Handle the administrative side of order creation and keep a close eye on deliveries for our entire retail network.
• Navigate through tens of thousands of SKUs daily, ensuring our platforms and databases are perfectly up to date.
• Act as the go-to person for our stores and various suppliers, communicating clearly to solve any hiccups quickly.
• Put your intermediate Excel skills to work by organizing supply data, prepping documents, and following up on files.
• Back up the team during product placement sessions and help double-check the final product specs.
• Lend a hand to the marketing department by prepping the info they need to promote our latest fashion trends and ongoing sales.
Qualifications
• Hold a DEC in Administration or Management, ideally combined with some experience in the fashion industry.
• Bring 2 to 3 years of solid, hands-on experience in administration or the retail sector.
• Show off your strong Excel skills, especially when it comes to building and mastering pivot tables.
• Stay highly organized and comfortable juggling a massive volume of SKUs without missing a beat.
• Be perfectly fluent in French (the team's day-to-day language) and have functional English to easily communicate with our international suppliers.
• Have a great team spirit, a pitch-in attitude, and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in a rock-solid environment.
