Reporting to the Director – Administration, the Assistant Director will be responsible for:
Supervising and coaching a team of approximately 6 to 8 employees: providing support, guiding daily activities, and participating in performance reviews.
Excellent proficiency in Excel (including the creation of pivot tables and other advanced functions).
Note: An Excel proficiency test will be required.

Responsibilities
Supervise, support, and evaluate a team of 6 to 8 employees.
Ensure training and skills development related to internal tasks and IT tools.
Foster a collaborative and performance-oriented work environment.
Coordinate and update databases and operational procedures.
Update files and ensure the transmission of information to partners.
Prepare and distribute various lists, reports, or follow-ups according to internal and external needs.
Prepare reports and statistics for different departments.
Present results and progress reports to management, upon request.
Ensure rigorous monitoring of team performance indicators and objectives.
Collaborate on the implementation of targeted projects or continuous service improvements.
Perform any other related duties aimed at the smooth operation of the department.
Qualifications
DEC in Administration (or equivalent diploma/degree).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, including team supervision.
Excellent proficiency in Excel and comfort with technological tools.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Quickbooks software (an asset).
Positive leadership and strong communication skills.
Meticulousness / Attention to detail.
Versatility.
Organizational and prioritization skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
