Responsibilities
Assistant Pharmacy Manager – Specialty Pharmacy Winnipeg, MB (Full-Time, Permanent) - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing daily operations for a pharmacy team of approximately 20 staff

✔ Contribute to staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and team engagement

✔ Provide mentorship and hands-on training for new and existing pharmacy staff

✔ Step in to assist with compliance initiatives, audits, and continuous quality improvement

✔ Take on special projects aligned with pharmacy growth and operational goals

✔ Help free up the Pharmacy Manager to focus on strategy, development, and larger-scale initiatives


Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Licensed Pharmacist in Manitoba, in good standing with the regulatory body

✔ Comfortable stepping outside of day-to-day workflow when needed to provide leadership and direction
