In this non-retail pharmacy setting, you will work as part of a small and growing team to support patient care, including all aspects of prescription receipt/entry, dispensing and other technical tasks, billing/adjudication and ensuring timely delivery of medications to patients' homes. As Pharmacy Manager, you will support patient care in this non-patient-facing setting using phone, email and text. Calls will relate to patients ordering prescriptions, transfers-in and -out, billing/adjudication and delivery of their medications. Other time will be spent managing administrative tasks but the majority of time is spent working with the team to complete all aspects of dispensing-through-delivery. As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for regulatory and corporate compliance. You will also support the development of new business opportunities for the pharmacy.
