Position: CWM Associate Recruiter
Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm (7.5 hours daily)

Responsibilities
• Assist hiring managers with inquiries and the CWM Staff Augmentation process, including guiding managers on requisition creation, leading request intake discussions, redirecting inquiries, conducting supplier calls, reviewing and shortlisting candidates, supporting interview requests, and finalizing offers.
• Liaise with staffing suppliers to ensure requirements are understood.
• Stay updated on local legislation and overtime guidelines.
• Ensure approvals adhere to internal Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines.
• Work with Operations Specialists for a smooth transition from acquisition to onboarding.
• Follow up with hiring managers to ensure progress on contract requests.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/staffing.
• Client service experience, ideally with senior managers in a corporate setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with video conferencing.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize a high-volume workload.
• Experience with Beeline (preferred).
• High-volume recruitment experience (preferred).
