In this role you will be responsible for programming and configuring Schneider Electric PLC and HMIs.

Responsibilities
-Programming & Configuration: Develop and maintain PLC logic, HMI screens (including modern operator terminal software), and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) parameters.
-System Design: Participate in control panel reviews, hardware selection, and functional testing to ensure design-to-build accuracy.
-Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and shop technicians to deliver integrated, turnkey automation solutions.
-Documentation: Maintain precise project records, including electrical wiring schematics and functional descriptions.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent field experience).
- Technical Software: Experience with industry-standard PLC programming suites (e.g., Logic Developer, Machine Expert) and HMI design software is highly preferred.
- Electrical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and industrial control drawings.
- Communication Protocols: Solid understanding of industrial networking such as Modbus RTU/TCP or similar protocols.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues in both code and physical wiring
Preferred Assets
- Experience specifically within the HVAC, air handling, or process ventilation sectors.
- Hands-on knowledge of AC motor control and VFD optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical or mechanical layouts.
