In this role, you aren’t just processing orders; you are the heartbeat of the supply chain. You will manage the lifecycle of B2B accounts, ensuring their innovative products reach major retailers across North America on time and in full. Location: Ville Saint-Laurent (Hybrid: 2 days in-office / 3 days remote)
Compensation: $55,000 – $63,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Term: 1-Year Maternity Leave Replacement

Responsibilities
- Manage Order Flow: Oversee the full order process to ensure products reach retailers on time and meet their specific delivery rules.
- Maintain Inventory: Ensure 100% inventory accuracy so products are always ready for major launches.
- Technical Logistics: Use EDI and retailer portals to coordinate shipping and routing for major B2B accounts.
- Troubleshoot Delays: Monitor open orders to find and fix shipping issues before they cause delays.
- Improve Performance: Meet weekly with the Sales team to review delivery data and find ways to improve on-time shipping.
- Resolve Claims: Investigate shipping penalties (deductions) and file disputes to recover lost revenue.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in logistics or operations, specifically managing B2B or large-scale retail accounts (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, etc.).
- The "Proactive" Factor: You don't wait for instructions; you identify problems and bring solutions to the table.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory (daily collaboration with U.S. headquarters); intermediate French is required for local operations.
- Technical Savvy: Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) and comfort navigating complex ERP/EDI systems.
- Resilience: The ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of detail in a high-volume, fast-paced consumer goods environment.
