### Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking proactive individuals across various experience levels (Entry to Senior) who thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments. Our Operations team covers a broad spectrum, including:
- Payments & Settlements: Managing domestic and international transfers (ACH, SWIFT, Wire).
- KYC & AML Compliance: Ensuring rigorous due diligence and fraud prevention.
- Loan Operations: Supporting mortgage, commercial, or retail loan processing and servicing.
- Trade Finance: Handling letters of credit, collections, and guarantees.
- Data & Reconciliation: Ensuring ledger accuracy and resolving complex discrepancies.
Qualifications

While specific roles vary, we value candidates who bring:
- Precision: An eagle eye for detail—in banking, a decimal point matters.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
