Must have Banking Experience (Operations) and we are open to candidates with the following experience
- Credit/ Loan/ Mortgage Processing
- AML/ KYC Operations
- Wealth Management professionals
- Mailroom operators
The salary for each of these positions varies between $20.77 to $25/hr (based on pay band level)

Account Auditing: Review customer accounts to detect discrepancies or missing documentation in accordance with bank procedures.

Compliance & Documentation: Record all interactions and updates clearly to meet strict regulatory and company policy standards.
Maintenance: Assist with general account upkeep and the verification of sensitive customer data.
Qualifications
Service Excellence: Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
Experience (Asset): While not required, 1+ year of experience in banking or financial services is considered a strong "nice to have."
