As a Batcher, you will step into a fast-paced and physically demanding manufacturing setting. While the mix room is a climate-controlled environment designed for safety and efficiency, it is inherently a dirty environment due to the raw materials and compound dust involved in chemical blending. A successful Batcher must be comfortable with heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds, which can be consistent at times throughout the shift. This permanent opportunity rewards your hard work with a competitive starting wage of $23.00 per hour, an alluring weekly bonus tied directly to team productivity, and structured wage increases based on your performance and experience.

Responsibilities
• Operation of industrial mixing equipment and compounding machinery to blend raw materials safely.
• Monitor and ensure that each mixture meets the exact predefined consistency, density, and color requirements.
• Utilize a forklift to safely move around large vats, chemical drums, and heavy staging pallets within the facility.
• Follow strict chemical recipes, technical specifications, and measurements for batching to eliminate product waste.
• Document production logs, batch records, ingredient lot numbers, and material usage accurately into the system.
• Clean, maintain, and sanitize mixing tanks, tools, and raw material feeding lines to prevent cross-contamination.
• Collaborate closely with the broader production team and shift supervisors to meet daily manufacturing output targets.
• Adhere to all plant safety standards, including the proper handling of raw chemicals and wearing correct PPE.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, or construction role
• demonstrating the capability to handle consistent heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work out of a dirty environment in a specialized mixing room while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Possession of a valid forklift certification or demonstrated forklift skills is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong foundational literacy and numeracy skills to interpret complex material safety data sheets and batching recipes.
• Reliability, punctual attendance, and a dedicated commitment to workplace safety and team-wide production goals.
