* Job Title:** Bilingual Transfer Agent
* Employment Type:** Full-Time (Contract)
* Pay Rate:** $27.40 – $33.80 / hour
* Start Date:** November 2 to November 9
* End Date:** May 2027
Location & Work Arrangement
* Remote Work: Available across Canada
* Hybrid Model: 2 to 3 days per week in-office for candidates located in Toronto, Montreal, Mississauga, or Calgary
Working Hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, within an operational window of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities
* Operations & Transaction Processing:Monitor service distribution queues and execute day-to-day transaction activities, including account creation, non-financial requests, and managing account specifications.
* Collaboration & Project Execution: Partner with Customer Service Project Analysts or departmental Project Management SMEs to roll out key initiatives impacting the TAP or TAPS department.
* Client Experience Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to deliver value-added service to clients.
* Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to mapping and documenting comprehensive, end-to-end departmental process flows.
*Communicate with English-speaking clients/partners located outside Quebec on a daily/ regular basis
Qualifications
Candidate Profile:
* Bilingualism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
* Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and proficient keyboarding skills.
* Experience: Proven track record in customer service or administrative support.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
* Asset: Prior experience within the financial services industry.
