Advantages

- Work Mode: 100% On-site (5 days a week)

- Salary: 30 $/h
Responsibilities
- Manage and track departmental budgets and financial reports to ensure fiscal accuracy.
- Process and track Purchase Orders (POs) from creation to closure within the internal system.
- Review and validate vendor invoices, ensuring they align with approved POs and work completed.
- Coordinate team schedules and internal communications between office and field personnel.
- Oversee logistics for telecommunication work sites, including equipment procurement and vendor relations.
- Execute diligent back-office tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and document control.
- Support project managers with administrative follow-ups and technical site documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both financial and operational records within a large-scale corporate framework.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in a dual administrative and accounting/financial role.
- Education: DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Languages: Perfectly bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel is a must) and enterprise accounting software.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to handle logistics, and "hands-on" attitude.
