Responsibilities
• Operate and manage the Pelesys Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer’s Training Management and Deployment System (TMDS)
• Organize classroom set up and equipment and review office equipment requirements with clients
• Create and track student’s attendance as well as track students’ marks for all courses
• Ensure students’ exams are available for instructors to give to students
• Ensure classroom is setup with appropriate items at each students’ desk
• Co-ordinate with IT at the end of each type course to ensure computers are working and ready to go for next scheduled type course
• Monitor computer sign-in and sign out records
• Provide type course completion packages to Training Manager
Other Duties
• Assist with general office administration as required
• Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
• Two years of office administrative experience is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, juggle deadlines and work under limited supervision
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
• General aviation knowledge preferred but not required
• Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with client/coworkers
