Responsibilities
🛠️ Your Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide personalized support and efficient solutions
Manage client accounts, track cases, and update data accurately in CRMs
Handle inbound and outbound communication with professionalism
Follow up on leads and maintain excellent client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues effectively
Qualifications
✅ What you bring to the table:
2–3 years of customer service or client-facing experience
Bilingual in French & English (spoken and written)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Canadian work experience is strongly preferred
Comfortable with data entry, CRMs, and client tracking tools
Confidence in handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails
Organized, proactive, and great at solving problems independently
