Be the main point of contact for clients and partners, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Ensure a seamless experience with quick, efficient, and professional service
Take full ownership of cases and aim for:
High First Contact Resolution (FCR) 75% +
Strong Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) results 85% +
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex inquiries
Document all interactions thoroughly and follow up proactively
Represent the company with discretion, empathy, and accuracy
Qualifications
Fluently bilingual in French and English – spoken and written
3+ years of experience in a professional, client-facing role (financial services, legal, insurance, or consulting)
Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and email management systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven
