Our client in Mississauga is seeking a dynamic 'Contract Administrator' to join their team. The position handles supporting the Contract Sales team with tasks including contract renewal and creation, maintenance of agreements, discontinuations, supply distributions, and recalls. This role requires strong business acumen and a passion for client success while working in a demanding environment.
Position: Contract Administrator
Employment Type: Contract (12 months)
Location: Mississauga (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Start Date: June 2025
Qualifications: MUST be fluent in English and French and MUST have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Salary: $26/hr

Responsibilities
- Ensure contracts are renewed on time
- Product discontinuations, Supply Dispersions and Recalls
- Ensure all contract product additions and membership maintenance changes are actioned promptly and done per the agreement terms and conditions
- Manage communications with Sales and external customers (Distributors, and Direct Customers) on contract pricing and membership
- Lead communications with Distributors to ensure that their contract pricing system is correct to minimize claim processing errors
- Ensure a 48-hour turnaround time including contract membership additions, product additions, and Customer Service order management issues
Qualifications
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced Skills Required)
- Bilingual in English and French
- Power BI experience is an asset
- SAP experience is an asset
- Good understanding of contract management, bill backs, and customer support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
