Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Execute accurate data entry and end-to-end order processing within SAP.
Logistics Coordination: Manage product transfers between branches and oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Administrative Support: Collaborate with the operations team to follow up on reports and coordinate with suppliers.
Client Advocacy: Ensure every customer at the counter receives a solution perfectly tailored to their technical needs.
Qualifications
Technical Background: Previous experience in a technical service environment (e.g., hardware, renovation, electrical, or industrial distribution).
Technical Aptitude: A natural curiosity for mechanical components (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing) and the ability to interpret part numbers and technical specifications.
Language Skills: Professional bilingualism (French and English) to effectively serve a diverse clientele, including customers outside of Quebec.
Systems Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is considered a significant asset.
Soft Skills: You are proactive, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
