We are seeking a detail orientated bilingual (EN/FR) customer data administrator to join our client's team in Mississauga.
This is an ongoing contract position with the potential to transition to permanent employment.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer accounts and professional profiles within SAP (IRIS) and Salesforce.com, ensuring 100% synchronization between the CRM and ERP environments.
- Manage and update territory assignments to ensure sales teams have accurate visibility and reporting capabilities.
- Generate and analyze monthly audit reports to identify data discrepancies; collaborate with the Department Manager to implement corrective actions and maintain data hygiene.
- Execute the entry of non-contracted pricing for Vision Care and Surgical business units within SAP.
- Ensure all pricing data aligns with approved business and finance guidelines, preventing billing errors and revenue leakage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-user system issues, providing immediate troubleshooting for Salesforce and SAP workflows.
- Bridge the communication gap between business end-users and technical IT teams to resolve complex production bugs or system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides and technical training documentation.
- Conduct interactive training sessions for staff on new system functionality and best practices for data entry.
- Strictly adhere to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all data-related tasks meet regulatory and internal standards.
Qualifications
-Hands-on experience with SAP (IRIS) is required. Candidates must understand how customer master data and pricing structures function within an ERP environment.
-Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com. Experience with data synchronization between CRM and back-end systems is highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable managing large datasets. Proficiency with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas is essential for data auditing and reporting.
- Professional fluency in both languages is required. The candidate must be able to provide technical support and create documentation for French-speaking customers and stakeholders.
- A "quality-first" approach to work, with an obsessive attention to detail to ensure zero-error data entry.
-Proven ability to act as a Tier 1 Support lead, troubleshooting end-user issues and acting as a liaison between business users and IT technical teams.
