Job Title: Bilingual Relocation Advisor
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (strong potential for permanent transition based on performance)
Start Date: October 5th, 2026
Paid Training: 4 weeks (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Workplace Model: Onsite initially in Ottawa (easily accessible by public transit; paid parking available) with transition to remote work upon successful completion and mastery of training
Schedule: Monday to Friday, monthly rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (no weekends)
Pay/Salary: $21.63 / hour

Serving as the dedicated omni-channel point of contact via phone, email, chat, and video to deliver a warm, professional customer experience.
Conducting virtual consultations to outline relocation journeys, resolve complex challenges proactively, and clarify policy guidelines.
Maintaining financial integrity by accurately reviewing, validating, and processing expense claims and advance funding requests.
Interpreting and translating complex relocation policy directives into clear, actionable advice for clients.
Qualifications
Demonstrating exceptional oral and written proficiency in both French and English to explain complex financial directives clearly.
Maintaining continuous Canadian residency for the past 5 years (since June 2021) to satisfy federal government security clearance requirements.
Holding a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative environment requiring multitasking and empathy.
Navigating up to 4 software systems simultaneously with advanced computer literacy during client interactions.
Maintaining full-time availability to complete of mandatory onsite training in Ottawa.
