This is a full-time, remote position with the potential to become permanent. You'll be the voice of our company, handling a high volume of inbound calls for multiple accounts, with the possibility of supporting some outbound campaigns, including message-taking, after-hours emergencies, and basic tech support.
Salary: $19.50 per hour
Work: 100% remote
Availability: Must be open Monday through Sunday.
Available Shifts
Overnight Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. EST (8 hours paid per shift).
Day/Evening Shift: Any time between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST (7.5 hours paid per shift).
Start Date: As soon as possible

Call Management: Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound customer calls.
Customer Support: Assess customer needs, provide clear solutions, and manage any issues or complaints.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update files.
Performance: Meet individual and team performance goals.
Problem-Solving: Offer creative solutions and ensure meticulous follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Data Entry: Perform detailed and accurate data entry offline
Qualifications
You're a great fit for this role if you...
Have experience in customer service.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Are perfectly bilingual in French and English.
Can multitask and work independently.
Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Are comfortable with computer tools (Windows, Microsoft Office) and are a quick learner.
Technical Requirements for Remote Work
Computer: A PC (Windows 10). Apple products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible.
Internet Connection: A high-speed wired connection (Ethernet cable).
Audio/Video Equipment: A headset with a USB connection and a webcam.
Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free area.
