This is a part time weekend position (10 hours per week)

Saturday: 7AM-12PM
Sunday: 7AM-12PM
Please note that the training will be done during the week so initially, the person will be required to come in more hours for training. Once that is done, it will be 10 hours per week on weekends.

Responsibilities
Customer Service/Support to cover weekends to perform reception/front desk duties including greeting customers, preparing security badges, operate main switch board, prepare required reports, provide back up support to course support including maintaining/distributing courseware material and iPads in support of in-house training events and perform customer calls.
Provide excellent customer service and assistance as required.
Qualifications
Competencies required:
• Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.
• Appreciation of flight and maintenance training program environment, an asset.
• Education: CEGEP DEC or equivalent
• Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
• Excellent customer service skills
Key outputs/deliverables and tasks:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Front desk coverage; operate main switch board
• Security badge preparation and management
• Customer check in and documentation scanning of regulatory documents
• Course payment processing on credit cards as required
• Statistical daily reports
• Customer calls to provide support for upcoming training
• Assist in course material revision updates as required.
