Location: Downtown Ottawa
Start Date: September 8th 2025

Responsibilities
• Assistance and support via emails, inbound & outbound phone calls and chats
• Deliver Planning Sessions during scheduled 30-minute sessions by phone or video call
• Manage expenses: reviewing and processing advance requests and expense claims
• Update relocation files
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the Contact Centre
Qualifications
• Bilingual French and English is mandatory
• Customer Service, Call Center Experience
• Background in relocation services is considered an asset
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Love problem solving
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
