We are currently seeking a Bilingual Order & Fulfillment Specialist to join a collaborative team in Burlington. This position combines customer-facing order administration with hands-on logistics tracking in a combined office and warehouse hub.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer order processing, verify shipping and receiving documentation, and communicate daily with internal partners and clients to ensure timely deliverability.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process and input customer purchase orders into the system while maintaining strict SLA targets and zero-error standards
- Issue accurate pricing quotes to customers in accordance with company pricing models
- Maintain detailed logs of client communications, inquiries, and issue resolutions within the system
- Proactively identify customer requirements to ensure service expectations are consistently met
- Provide continuous status updates to clients via phone and email regarding open orders or inquiries
- Address incoming client questions and route technical or specialized inquiries to internal subject matter experts
- Handle customer inquiries or escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Develop a strong working knowledge of company products and service offerings to better assist clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and deliver smooth client experiences
- Generate and print daily picking documentation aligned with requested shipping dates
- Perform physical line-item checks of staged goods against pick lists and record visual confirmation prior to dispatch
- Schedule third-party freight carriers according to client preferences to guarantee on-time shipping
- Prepare daily billing, reconcile invoices against purchase orders and shipping documents, and maintain organized files
- Draft and submit accurate customs and export documentation for shipments
- Process receiving documents and log incoming inventory entries into the database following physical verification
- Assist with other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Mandatory full fluency in both French and English (verbal and written)
- 1–3 years of experience in order entry, customer support, or logistics administration
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong organizational ability
- Sharp attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with ERP enterprise systems and the MS Office suite
- Strong ability to multitask, organize daily tasks, and manage competing priorities effectively
