This position is ideal for a motivated and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing basic technical support while ensuring courteous, efficient, and professional service at every interaction.

📍 Location: South Shore of Montreal (Away from metropolitan traffic!)
💰 Salary: $20 – $23 per hour

Responsibilities
Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide technical support, including basic troubleshooting and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
Ensure the efficient dispatching of service requests and technical interventions.
Schedule and confirm client appointments while ensuring accurate follow-ups.
Make outbound calls for client follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, or light telemarketing activities.
Use CRM tools and digital platforms to manage and document all customer interactions.
Meet and exceed established performance objectives (KPIs).
Qualifications
Perfect bilingualism (French/English), spoken and written, required to communicate with english-speaking clients and partners outside Quebec.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service, technical support, telemarketing, dispatch, or appointment scheduling).
Previous call center experience required.
Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and office software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and professional.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Team-oriented, motivated, and performance-driven.
