Responsibilities
- Order Management: Efficiently process B2B pharmaceutical orders using an ERP system, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Inbox Coordination: Manage and prioritize shared email inboxes, responding to inquiries regarding inventory levels, pricing, and shipment ETAs.
- Time-Sensitive Deadlines: Maintain a high sense of urgency during peak hours (9 AM – 3 PM) to ensure "rush orders" meet critical same-day delivery windows.
- Issue Investigation: Proactively resolve order discrepancies and shipping delays to maintain high service levels.
- Account Administration: Assist with the setup of new accounts and verify the active/inactive status of healthcare clients within the database.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service, Distribution, or Logistics role is required (Pharmaceutical industry experience is a major asset).
- Language: Professional fluency in English and French is required.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the ability to navigate complex ERP systems and web browsers easily.
- Efficiency: A self-starter capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision to meet daily "mailbox clean" goals.
- Compliance Mindset: Strong work ethic with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to following strict protocols.
