Responsibilities
• Promptly and professionally answering incoming calls and web chats from clients.
• Developing deep product knowledge to effectively convey complex information.
• Using active listening to clarify information and de-escalate sensitive situations.
• Accurately documenting all customer inquiries and solutions in the system.
• Consistently maintaining established performance levels and quality standards.
• Identifying and responding to specific customer needs with creative solutions.
Qualifications
• Possess 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience including at least one in the banking or financing sector.
• Complete fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written to collaborate and provide support to other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French.
• A high school diploma is required, though a college diploma is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools.
• Proven ability to listen with empathy while providing excellent service.
