In this role, your daily tasks will focus on providing high-quality support and maintaining our standards of excellence:
• You will promptly and professionally answer incoming calls and web chats from our valued clients.
• You will develop deep product knowledge to effectively convey complex information to users.
• You will use active listening to clarify information and de-escalate sensitive situations with empathy.
• You will accurately document all customer inquiries and provided solutions within our internal system.
• You will identify and respond to specific customer needs by providing creative and efficient solutions.
Qualifications
To succeed as our next Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you should possess the following skills and experience:
• You have 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least one year in banking or finance.
• You are completely fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written. to communicate with customers and clients who do not speak French
• You hold a high school diploma, though a college diploma is strongly preferred for this role.
• You possess strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and modern digital communication tools.
• You have a proven ability to listen with genuine empathy while providing excellent service.
