Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video calls.
Provide clear explanations about relocation policies.
Resolve issues with empathy, ensuring client satisfaction.
Update client profiles with relevant information, documents, and files.
Assist clients with solving complex problems
Review files and make suggestions for future claims or projects
Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
•• Eligibility for government security clearance: Must have lived in Canada for at least 5 years. (reliability)
Bilingual French and English is mandatory
• Some call center experience
• Familiar with CRM systems
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
