We are hiring Bilingual Relocation Specialists in downtown Ottawa to support the Canadian Armed Forces. This isn't just "taking calls"—it’s managing a complex project for families who serve our country. You’ll move beyond scripts to become a subject matter expert, helping military families navigate some of the most important transitions of their lives.
Schedule & Rotational Shifts
- Days: Monday to Friday.
- Shifts: Monthly rotational shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Stability: Your schedule is set in advance, allowing you to plan your life outside of work with ease.

Responsibilities
- Expert Advisor: Conduct 30-minute scheduled planning sessions via phone and email to guide members through their relocation journey.
- Problem Solving: Assist clients with complex relocation hurdles, providing tactful and policy-based solutions.
- Financial Oversight: Review files and suggest claim strategies to ensure members maximize their benefits.
- Professional Documentation: Maintain high-quality, detailed records of every consultation to ensure a seamless experience for the member.
- Time Management: Successfully manage your consultation queue in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
- Experience: 1+ years in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple platforms while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Detail Oriented: Strong organizational skills and a "love for the details."
- Compliance: Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
