Responsibilities
- Manage customer calls and emails with a professional, helpful touch.
- Handle customer requests from start to finish, including managing returns, product questions, and billing credits.
- Ensure customer accounts and pricing details are accurate and up to date in the system.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to get answers for your customers quickly.
- Untangle shipping issues, pricing errors, or system glitches to keep things moving smoothly.
- Take care of our Ontario East customers, ranging from small local shops to large accounts.
Qualifications
- You are comfortable speaking and writing fluently in both French and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional business-to-business (B2B) customer service or sales roles.
- You’re a pro with computers, specifically with office software and Excel (we’ll do a quick Excel check as part of the application).
- You are organized, analytical, and great at explaining things clearly.
- A university degree or college diploma is preferred.
- If you know your way around medical or technical terms, that’s a huge plus!
- You can work well on your own but love being part of a team, and you stay calm even when things get busy.
