Responsibilities
- Managing the intake of client orders and service requests to ensure all data is entered accurately into the system.
- Coordinating with couriers and third-party vendors to schedule pickups, deliveries, and office services.
- Monitoring the status of incoming and outgoing shipments and providing real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Organizing the daily schedule for meeting rooms and shared resources to ensure zero conflicts.
- Maintaining precise records of inventory levels and placing replenishment orders before supplies run low.
- Resolving delivery discrepancies or scheduling delays by communicating proactively with all parties involved.
- Supporting the logistics team with documentation, reporting, and the preparation of shipping labels or manifests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a role that required managing schedules, inventory, or complex customer inquiries.
- The ability to track multiple tasks at once while meeting strict deadlines and timelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relay technical information in a clear and friendly manner.
- A highly organized approach to work with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
