Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, you will provide top-tier support to homeowners, business owners, plumbers, and wholesalers in the Bilingual Customer Support Representative. role:
- Assist customers fluently in both English and French via phone, email, chat, and occasional face-to-face.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot issues with water softening equipment based on product manuals and knowledge.
- Provide information on product selection, pricing, and availability; process orders and coordinate delivery options.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and internal departments to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in in both verbal and written English and French is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical customer service (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC sales, or RV mechanic service advisor is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with a strong capability to learn new software and data entry systems quickly.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience in the Water Treatment Industry, ERP software, or a background in plumbing/heating is an asset.
