This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office to facilitate collaboration and effective team management in Waterloo.

Responsibilities
•Utilize the DPS system to efficiently process applications received via email, fax and MFT, ensuring daily service levels are consistently met and error batches are swiftly resolved.
•Ability to process minimum 200 applications per day in review completed in DPS.
•Address and resolve Mismatch and Reject queue items. Facilitating follow ups as needed.
•Process all returned safety catch notifications in office.
•Skilled in identifying unclear applications and resolving them by referencing original submissions and ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
•Retrieve CSP applications from the client portal and update excel tracker.
•Manage CSP Incomplete reporting and follow up with lenders.
•Conduct audits of applications and emails when necessary.
•Ability to pull faxes from Rightfax server.
•Assist with managing multiple team inboxes, prioritizing escalations, and ensure adherence to established level agreements.
•Issue indemnification certificates as requested by brokers.
•Answer phone calls and emails servicing our broker requests.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
•Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
•Verify and validate data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
•Assist in data cleaning and preparation tasks to support various projects.
•Identify and resolve data discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor.
•Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
•Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and workflows.
•Generate basic reports and summaries as needed.
•Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and projects.
Qualifications:
•1+ years of experience required, reporting experience preferred
•Bachelors Degree required
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Knowledge of data entry and management tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint).
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
